Policy / Konthaitour
We require a deposit of 25% to confirm your reservation. This deposit can be transferred to our Bank Account. The balance can be transferred to our Bank Account 30 days before the start of your holiday. Alternatively, you may wish to pay the balance on arrival in Thailand in local currency. Some hotels may make extra person charges. Credit card or cash deposits may be charged by hotels for incidental expenses. All special requests are subject to availability on check-in.
Promotion Policy :
Reservations will be made by Konthaitour at the full amount of the package/programme on the confirmation of the reservation.
In the event of cancellation after settlement of deposit and / or full payment, a written notice is required to avoid any misunderstandings. The following cancellation charges (per person basis) will apply:
Terms of Payment and Cancellation :
After confirmation : 10 % of package price
31 – 60 days to departure : 30 % of package price
15 – 30 days to departure : 50 % of package price
07 - 14 days to departure : 75 % of package price
Less than 07 days to departure : 100 % of package price
If you need to cancel the trip, please mention your reason why?

Changes to services and prices :
After receiving your booking request we will check availability and confirm availability by email, fax or phone. As soon as you confirm your booking by transferring the deposit amount of 25% to our company account we will arrange and book your selected package. The outstanding 75% can be paid on arrival in local currency or by transfer to our company account 30 days before the commencement of the holiday
Warranty/Redress and your duty to assist :
Payment of deposits and balances must be made to our bank, or upon arrival if previously agreed. Our bank details are:
